JaxCornerstonePartners, LLC was established in 2006 When Chris Sprungmann and Greg Birdsong combined their efforts to create this Development Company. JaxCornerstonePartners, LLC is a growing residential and commercial contractor working out of Neptune Beach, Florida, we provide construction services for the residential, commercial and retail markets in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We offer Construction Management, Design-Build and General Contracting services to both public and private clients. We do have an official license (FL CGC1507369) so trust us in business!

Our company provides services such as Commercial, Interior Build Out, Commercial Buildings, Single Family Custom Homes, Multi-Family Homes and residential remodels and additions throughout the Jacksonville Area. Our approach analyzes, the client's needs in order to develop a cost feasible, well suited budget for the Project. We develop a strategy to address key issues (while managing pre-construction and construction processes)

Project pre-development Services

JCP works with owners, architects, engineers and construction managers to discuss their project ideas and create a plan incorporating their needs and requirements. We will then develop a conceptual design and a preliminary budget and schedule.  The project pre-development deliverables consist of a basic plan document, front elevation drawing, site layout plan, preliminary budget, and milestone schedule. Our clients use these documents to secure investment capital, financing, and planning and zoning approval.

Pre-Construction Services

JCP’s pre-construction services are designed to provide the necessary pre-project planning, cost and schedule development, constructability reviews and value engineering prior to the start of a construction project. When pre-construction services are utilized effectively, they can result in a reduction of changes during the construction phase of a project, as well as keep a project on schedule and on budget.

General Contracting
Construction Management Services

JCP has a wealth of experience as the general contractor for a multitude of projects (some of which can be seen under the 'projects' tab on our website). The depth of experience in JCP’s field and office personnel is regarded as one of the best in the industry. JCP, as your General Contractor, is involved during the planning and design as well as the construction phase. JaxCornerstone Partners, together with the owner and architect-engineer, work as a team throughout the entire project, from concept to closeout.hus ensuring that goals are met and delivery is timely with the highest quality and professionalism.
